  • Arrivals and Departures

    We aim to be as flexible as possible with booking in times and leaving times to suite your agendas.

    Check-in times are between 4.30 pm and 10.30 pm.

    Check-out times are before 10.30 am on the morning of your departure

    Call to discuss with us any specific early or late arrival/departures

    Hopefully, this will mean your stay with us will be as relaxing and memorable as possible.

  • Breakfast Information

    Breakfast is prepared from locally sourced ingredients and to suit guests’ requirements and consists of a range of options starting with breakfast cereals and includes anything from a continental style breakfast through to a full-cooked English breakfast. All are served with a range of juices, toast, and filtered coffee or a choice of tea.

    Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 9.15 am, but earlier starts can be arranged for early bird people or those who have pressing morning agendas.

    Breakfast is served in the light and bright breakfast dining area.

    Call us to discuss any particular dietary requirements or restrictions ahead of your visit so we can endeavour to satisfy your needs.

  • Prices & Tariffs

    Our fee structure for your stay with us is simple

    2 Persons sharing a double room – From £90/night

    1 Person in a double room – From £75/night

    All prices include for a full range of breakfast choices, and includes free parking and internet access.

    We reserve the right to recover the full booking value should you fail to turn up or cancel with less than 7 days notice.

    This would only be taken if a replacement booking could not be sourced in time.

  • Booking Terms & Conditions

    Guests choosing to utilise the facilities on offer during their stay do so at their own risk. We accept no liability for any claimed loss, vehicle damage, or injury during your stay with us.

    We expect that children are closely supervised by their respective responsible adults so as not to cause any injury to themselves, damage to the facilities or unreasonable disturbance to other guests.

    Any accidental damage caused during your stay may need to be charged to you in full depending upon the nature and severity of the incident.

    We feel sure that your stay with us will be enjoyable, relaxing and hopefully uneventful, however, should there be any unfortunate circumstances whereby an incident occurs we would prefer that you bring this to our immediate attention so that any damage or subsequent costs can be agreed upon and minimised ( ie such as drinks spillages within rooms ).

    Booking a stay with us means that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

  • Is there parking at Sunset House?

    We have private driveway parking for our guest’s cars and we can even offer shelter in our spacious double garage for your sports touring motorcycle or mountain bike if required.
