Breakfast at Sunset House
Breakfast is prepared from locally sourced ingredients and to suit guests’ requirements and consists of a range of options starting with breakfast cereals and includes anything from a continental style breakfast through to a full-cooked English breakfast. All are served with a range of juices, toast, and filtered coffee or a choice of tea.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 9.15 am, but earlier starts can be arranged for early bird people or those who have pressing morning agendas.
Breakfast is served in the light and bright breakfast dining area.

Additional Facilities
We invite all guests who are staying with us to make the best use of the facilities we offer which include, a relaxing garden with tranquil vistas and outdoor dining areas, a comfortable and relaxing loft lounge from which to relax and take in the elevated views of the surrounding countryside, an Infra-red Sauna, a home gym, and a separate large screen TV lounge.
Loft Lounge
Situated at the top of the house, this comfortable and charming space was designed to act as a viewing gallery out to the surrounding countryside. With two comfy sofas and a big picture window looking out on the world, this is the ideal spot for taking late afternoon tea and cake, or enjoying a cool drink or a glass of good wine during the early evening whilst watching the sun go down.
Sauna
The Sauna is designed for up to 2 persons and generates heat via Infrared heating elements. The cabin is equipped with a temperature control panel, an automatic switch-off timer device, and a radio/CD player to play your favourite relaxation music. Perhaps this is just the tonic you need at the end of a busy day of sightseeing or business appointments.
Home Gym
This well-equipped facility offers our guests the option to keep up with any light exercise or training regimes whilst away from home on holiday or business trip.
TV Lounge
This large and comfortable TV lounge is ideal as an alternative viewing option for those who choose it. Serviced by a 42-inch LCD TV with Freeview this is the ideal place for those who still like to watch that big film or catch up on that big sporting event whilst away from home.
